PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide retaining fittings which can be easily assembled and can exhaust heat efficiently and surely from a heat source and whose manufacturing cost is low, and to provide a heat dissipation structure for an electronic device. PSOLUTION: A retaining fitting 2 is comprised of a nearly flat plate, a pair of second claws 7 erected on one surface of the flat plate in parallel to each other, and a pair of first claws 6 erected in the second claws 7 of the flat plate, parallel to each other. The flat plate is provided with an opening where a radiation fin 9 penetrates, and the first claws 6 are provided with a rising part 6a and a tip end 6b of which tip end is bent toward the side of the other first claw 6, respectively. The second claws 7 are provided with a rising part 7a and a tip end 7b, of which the tip end is bent toward the side of the other first claw 7, respectively. The distance between the rising parts 7a is larger than the length of the base of a heat sink 1, and the distance between the tip ends 6b is smaller than the length of the base of the heat sink 1.
