PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and hygienically treat acidic waste liquid among chemical washing waste solutions of a filter membrane module in an installation site of the filter membrane apparatus like a water purification plant, and to recover acid available for washing for reuse for next acid washing.;SOLUTION: This waste liquid treatment facility is provided with: an inorganic acid recovering device 1 having negative ion exchange membranes; an inorganic acid washing waste liquid storage tank 4 supplying inorganic acid washing waste liquid to the recovering device 1; a recovered inorganic acid storage tank 5 storing inorganic acid 3 recovered by the recovering device 1; a water storage tank 6 supplying water to the recovering device 1; a final waste liquid storage tank 7 storing waste liquid from the recovering device 1 with the inorganic acid recovered; and a waste liquid neutralizing tank 8 neutralizing the waste liquid from the tank 7 with the inorganic acid recovered therefrom.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
