PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for inexpensively constituting a low-voltage output regulator circuit system utilized as a power supply in an LSI such as a CPU and a DSP manufactured in a next generation semiconductor process, by using a conventional semiconductor process.;SOLUTION: A low-voltage output regulator circuit is provided with: a first reference voltage generating circuit 1 for generating a first reference voltage Vref1; and a second reference voltage generating circuit 2 for generating a second reference voltage Vref2 larger than the first reference voltage Vref1.
