PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engaging member capable of solving the problem of insufficient engaging force. SOLUTION: This engaging member 10 has a substantially lip groove-shaped sectional form and is engaged with a bed member having a first lip part and a second lip part. The engaging member 10 has a bottom 14 and opposite first side 11A and a second side 11B provided with plural projecting parts 12A, 12B. Each projecting part 11A is formed by a first trapezoidal part 20 having a substantially isosceles trapezoidal shape extended from the upper side 24 of the first trapezoidal part 20 and having an upper side 24 shorter than a lower side 21 and a second trapezoidal part 30 having a substantially isosceles trapezoidal shape having an upper side 34 shorter than the lower sides 31, 32, 33. The lower sides 31, 32 of the second trapezoidal part 30 are extended from the end part of the upper side 24 of the first trapezoidal part 20 to the bottom of the side.
