PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a construction and architecture polyurethane composition which uses a curing catalyst safe from the standpoint of preservation of the environment and, simultaneously, inexpensive and, in addition, whose cured products can exhibit the properties as construction materials in accordance with the site applied at least to the same extent as with the conventional properties, and a construction and architecture polyurethane coated film having environmentally friendly and, at the same time, excellent properties. SOLUTION: In the construction and architecture polyurethane composition comprising a urethane prepolymer having isocyanate groups as the main agent and a polyol compound and a polyamine compound as the curing agents, a zinc salt of a carboxylic acid is incorporated as the curing catalyst. The polyurethane coated film contain 0.15 to 2.5 mmol zinc per 100 pts.wt. polyurethane resin.
