PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup-like heat-resistant paper container which can be positively adhered only through a heat seal at a side seal part without using any adhesive in a high-speed manufacturing line for a cup-like heat-resistant paper container, does not generate any liquid leakage even if the stored content is liquid and can be heated at an oven or a microwave oven. PSOLUTION: This container is composed of a barrel part formed by a barrel blank part having a polyester resin film laminated at an inner surface of a paper layer and a bottom part formed by a bottom blank having polyester resin laminated at the inner surface of the paper layer, wherein the polyester resin film layer at a longitudinal end edge of the barrel blank is rapidly heated with hot air of 400-600°C and melted, the melted polyester resin film layer and the other end edge outer layer are press-bonded to each other with a pressure of 7 to 10 kg to form a side seal part at the barrel.
