PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flood damage analysis system capable of performing flood damage analysis in consideration of a surface flow, a sewer line flow and a river flow.;SOLUTION: A computer 3 reads sewage data 15, river data 16, topography data 17 and weather data 21, a range aiming at analysis is set, and mesh data is made out. The computer 3 makes elevation data at a mesh unit. building occupancy ratio, attribute data, levee data and the sewage data are made out, and after those data has been checked, flood damage forecast analysis is performed on the basis of checked data, raining data and reservoir facility data.
