Passport forgery prevention information creation system, passport and forgery passport detection system

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passport for which its facial photograph cannot be easily forged, a passport making system to make such a passport, and a forged passport detecting system which can easily detect a forged passport. PSOLUTION: This passport making system has the inputting part of a passport displayed with antiforgery information as the one obtained by extracting the identifying marks of the photograph of face together with the photograph of face and of an image, a full picture DCT part, which transforms input image data into two-dimensional discrete cosines, an extracting part for extracting the identifying marks of the image data based on the information offered from a DCT sign extracting information offering part, a binary unidimensional signal constituting part for constituting binary unidimensional signals from the extracted DCT signs and a bar-coding means for bar-coding the signals constituted at the binary unidimensional signal constituting part. In addition, a system for detecting a forged passport by employing the passport and the forged passport detecting system for detecting the forgery of the passport are provided. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
