PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a technique of determining the adequacy of measured data of power or electric energy related to a power trade. PSOLUTION: The adequacy of the measured data in each power line is determined, based on measured data of a wattmeter or a watthour meter provided at each power line which constitutes a branch or a combining unit of a power system, and a power flow relational expression of the each power line of the branch or the combining unit.
