PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide earthquake-related information providing method, system, server and program for providing information relating to sufferers of earthquake.;SOLUTION: The earthquake-related information providing server comprises a P wave generation recognition step for recognizing the generation of a P wave, an area determination step for determining an area neighboring to an earthquake measuring instrument which detects the P wave on the basis of area information by which the earthquake measuring instrument is associated with an area, a portable terminal extraction step for extracting a portable terminal associated with the area determined by the area determination step from portable terminal registrant information by which areas are associated with portable terminals, a location information acquiring step for acquiring the location information of the portable terminal extracted by the portable terminal extraction step, a location information registering step for registering the location information of the portable terminal acquired by the location information acquiring step, and a location information providing step for providing the registered location information to a providing destination associated with the portable terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
