SNP specific way

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for specifying SNP, with which a base sequence region in which [target] SNP is considered to exist is narrowed down in stages (1) by repeating estimation of SNP to become a marker and detailed typing of the neighborhood SNP and finally the [target] SNP is efficiently specified. PSOLUTION: The method for specifying SNP related to a form 1 of the operation comprises, as shown in the figure 1, having processes of (1) determination of a new developed medicine to become the object of the determination, (2) collection of samples to be analyzed, (3) determination of [scanning region (base sequence)], (4) determination of [typing] SNP, (5) SNP typing by a wet process and haplotype analysis by typing data, (6) estimation of [marker] SNP (determination of analysis data) and (7) specification of [target] SNP (target SNP) and repeating the processes (1) to (7) as one cycle (treatment cycle).
