PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the processing speed by agreeing the control range of an interlocking device with that of an ATC ground device to eliminate the processing to discriminate the necessary information from the unnecessary information. ;SOLUTION: A control boundary between an interlocking device 1 and an ATC ground device 2 is indicated by a boundary line 11, and the number of installation of the interlocking devices 1 in the ATC section is same as that of and the ATC ground devices 2. The transmission between the interlocking device 1 and the ATC ground device 2 can be effected in the one-to-one correspondence, the processing to discriminate the transmitted information in the respective interlocking device 1 and ATC ground device 2 is unnecessary, and the processing speed is improved. Also, through the one-to-one correspondence between the interlocking device 1 and the ATC ground device, the interlocking device is integrated with the ATC ground device, and the reliability of the devices is improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
