PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute an execution program, including an encoded code part on an operating system in which the rewriting of a program code area is inhibited.;SOLUTION: An execution program is constituted of codes to be encoded and codes which are not encoded. Decoding of the codes to be encoded and the rearrangement of the codes to be encoded is executed. Then, any decoding processing to the codes to be encoded is not operated, immediately after the execution program is started. In a stage, where the execution of the program is advanced, and that the codes to be encoded should be executed, a memory area for decoding the codes to be encoded is ensured, and then the codes to be encoded are decoded in the area so that rearrangement can be executed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
