PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely inspect the whole circumference of a container carried at a high speed without staying.;SOLUTION: This container inspecting device is provided for inspecting the container in a prescribed method while the container is carried at the high speed by a carrying means in a prescribed carrying direction to pass a prescribed inspecting zone. It is provided with a container moving device 1 comprising a suction means 15 to suck the container from sideways, and a feeding means 1A having a feeding medium 5 extended in the carrying direction to be fed from upstream of the carrying direction downward, so that the container sucked by the suction means 15 is sucked by the feeding medium 5 to be moved. In the container moving device 1, a guide means 10 is provided to warp a carrying direction intermediate part of the feeding medium 5 in a right-to-left direction of the carrying direction to guide the feeding medium.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
