PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize functions as an interleaver and a deinterleaver by one memory, moreover, to enable a turbo decoding processing by one decoder, and to reduce an equipment scale substantially.;SOLUTION: A turbo decoding 1 is used for decoding a turbo code, and it is a memory 5 for making interleave processing and de-interleave processing which are made in process of the decode. A first control address is carried out in case of executing write and read of a corresponding data which must do interleave processing, and a second address control different from a first address control in case of executing write and read of the corresponding data providing de-interleave processing so that the obtained de-interleave processing data are outputted as a turbo decoding result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
