PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for resolving conflict between a home network stations by using a carrier sensing signal.;SOLUTION: The conflict between the home network stations can be resolved with a MAC of the home PNA 2.0 protocol, which is one standard to construct the home network. This invention can resolve more conflict in the stations than the number of the conflict control stations which perform control with the home PNA, and a current method, which causes an error in calculating the number of back-off signals along with the error of the carrier sensing signal is improved in this invention.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
