PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage management device having a high security function.;SOLUTION: The passage management device comprises a mobile data processing terminal 7 having a short-distance radio communication function, a passage data transmitter 9 for transmitting passage data to the mobile data processing terminal 7 via the short-distance radio communication function, which is located on an arbitrary position, and a door lock releasing device 10 for releasing a door lock of a door lock mechanism in an automatic opening/ closing door 5 provided at least on an entrance of an entrance management room 1. The door lock releasing device 10 determines whether a person has a permission to enter the room by checking whether the passage data acquired from the passage data transmitter 9 is stored in the mobile data processing terminal 7.
