PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel without the need for registering the origin, every time a screen is rotated. ;SOLUTION: This touch panel input coordinate transformation device is provided with a first holding means for holding the first rotation information of the screen, when the origin is registered to the touch panel, a second holding means for holding the second rotation information of the screen at present of the touch panel, a comparison means for comparing the first rotation information held in the first holding means with the second rotation information held in the second holding means, when input is performed to the touch panel and a transformation means for transforming touch-panel coordinates, based on the difference of the first and second rotation information, in the case that the comparison means indicates that the first and second rotation information are different.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
