The liner is received inside the interior space, and has a top peripheral edge that defines a mouth. The liner further includes first and second catch plates spaced apart from each other and provided adjacent the top peripheral edge. The trash bag is retained inside the liner, and has a top edge, with a first portion of the top edge of the trash bag folded over the top peripheral edge of the liner and engaging the first catch plate, and a second portion of the top edge of the trash bag folded over the top peripheral edge of the liner and engaging the second catch plate.
