The device has a cassette type ready-to-use container including two half-shells which internally include a plastic rolling hub and two receiving coils. The coils supply an aluminum sealing strip. The container has a hole traversing at the centre so as to block the container at its place using an elastic blocking tooth supported by a coil support.
