The device has a cartridge (1) including an upper part (2) on which a water bottle and a cleaning product are fixed and provided with an atomizer (3). The cartridge has a lower part divided into three disposable sub-parts such as scrapers and a sponge, where the scrapers are triggered based on a direction of movement of the device. A motor with a rechargeable battery (8), is provided between the parts.
