The case (1) has a mini camera (2), and coded electronic modules to respectively store a video text message and an audio message. A mini microphone (3) captures sound waves, and an emergency call push-button (6) is placed on top of the case. A green LED (7) indicates activation of the case, and a red LED indicates an emergency call. A clip fixes a badge (10) to maintain the case in a pocket of a garment so as to avoid blocking of vision of the camera. An independent claim is also included for a safety center comprising a complementary audio-visual emergency call unit with navigation software.
