The device has a roller (1) placed in a cut-off of a ski shovel (5) and mounted on an axle housed in holes through the ski shovel, where the device is integrated in one of ends of a ski for transporting a ski on ground or snow. A Teflon(RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) body is placed on the rear of the ski. A pad is integrated into front or rear end of the ski and made of plastic material.
