The invention relates to a new design of hail-blasting rocket effecting hail-storm clouds by spraying a chemical reagent in them in order to prevent any hail storms and for weather modification. The rocket comprises a stabilizing unit (1), nozzle unit (2) with a system for start-up and self-destruction, unit (3) with rocket fuel, bottom of the engine (4) with a self-destruction system, anti-hail head (5) with chemical reagent and container (6). The latter serves to protect the rocket during its shipment and storage, for a guide in the rocket start-up and as starter engine, and is in the form of a glass-roving tube, closed on both its ends with a cover (7) and bottom (8).
