TECHNOLOGY COMPLEX, CHEATOR CONJUGATE, RADIOPHARMACEUTICAL, KIT FOR PREPARATION OF THE RADIOPHARMACEUTICAL, AND COMPOUND The present invention provides tetraamine chelating conjugates with biological bleach moieties, linked via a linker group and their technophatic complexes. The linker group is such that the chelator is mono-functionalized in the bridgehead position and provides both flexibility and lack or aryl groups to minimize lipophilicity and steric loading. Protected versions of the chelators are provided, allowing conjugation with a wide range of bleach molecules without interfering with reactions with the tetraamine chelator amino nitrogen. The synthesis of functionalized chelators is described, together with bifunctional chelated precursors. Radiopharmaceutical compositions comprising the technetium metal complexes of the invention are described, together with non-radioactive kits for the preparation of such radiopharmaceuticals.
