Process for the manufacture of the syrup base to be introdiza in popsicles. Patent is a process for the manufacture of popsicles, ice cream or similar, in which they are placed on the inside of the same, a syrup base, corresponding to the taste of the product to be obtained.This process for manufacturing seeks to combine the procedure of freezing, the insertion of the syrup base previously prepared, preferably of the same flavor of the product. To obtain approximately 04 (four) litres where are added: full cream milk boiled and seasoned with manioc starch. The milk is used partially frozen 04 litres grams of crystal sugar.500 GS emulsifier 1 soup spoon.
