Process of preparation of vaccine against enzootic pneumonia suu00ecna and vaccine obtained is described a process for the preparation of a subunit vaccine against swine enzootic pneumonia (PES), the vaccine being obtained through the technology of recombinant DNA.The vaccine is composed by the chimera recombinant "rltbrl", a protein formed by fusion of termolu00e1bil enterotoxin B subunit of Escherichia coli (LTB) with repetitive region R1 of adesu00edna p97 of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (R1), the etiological agent of PES.The LTB has adjuvant activity, i.e., enhances the immune response against the antigen co administered or fused, the invention consists of a repetitive region R1 of p97 adhesin of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.The genes coding for LTB and R1 were amplified by PCR and fused in vitro and the resulting product (gene cloned on a plasmid hybrid) expression in Escherichia coli. The recombinant protein rltbr1 (vaccine) was produced in E. coli, purified, characterized and evaluated in isogenic mice and pigs SPF (specific pathogen free).Rltbr1 administered intranasally protected SPF challenged with a pathogenic strain auction of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae.
