ELECTROMECHANICAL EQUIPMENT FOR INTRAPERATIVE RADIOTHERAPY THROUGH A LINEAR ELECTRONIC ACCELERATOR An electromedical apparatus for intraoperative radiotherapy by means of a linac. It includes an arm (A) on which an oscillator is mounted at one end thereof, which generates electromagnetic waves, and which supports at an opposite end thereof an irradiation head (2) in which a linac ( 20) is assembled by emitting at its output (20 ') an electron beam supplied by an oscillator through a guide structure (6). The apparatus includes a first (4) and a second (5) rotary couplings, respectively including a fixed portion (41, 51) and a movable portion (42, 52), provided with angular position sensors of the movable portions, which support the irradiation head on the arm in a rolling and pitching motion. The guide structure includes three separate rigid waveguides, one (61) at the oscillator output and one (62) at the linac input (23) and one intermediate between them, which connects them with the heads of which they are respectively connected via the first and second rotary couplings (4,5).
