The invention relates to a device that insures the suitable rectangular coordinate system need for the radiological check after the application of an external-osteosynthesis system Taylor Spatial Frame (TSF). The proposed device consists of two plates (4) and (5) perpendicular between them and made of a transparent and transmissive material and incorporating shady grids (4) and (5), as well as a sliding support component (6), which is configured according to the rings of the external-osteosynthesis system Taylor Spatial Frame (TSF). During the use of the device, the mounting of the reference ring (1) of the TSF of an affected limb to the support component (6) imposes the vertical arrangement of the reference ring (1) and its symmetry axis to the horizontal plate (4), so that an objective rectangular coordinate system is insured, for the radiological check and the execution of measurements, in compliance with the requirements of the method and the software of the external-osteosynthesis system TSF.
