A METHOD TO CONTROL DISPLAY OF SENSITIVE DATA IN BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING

: Preservation of Sensitive Data in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) has assumed considerable importance. The main concern of those wanting to benefit from outsourcing is the prevention of breach of confidentiality of their data. A single field of data, by itself cannot be misused. A combination of fields, could assume vital importance and be misused. The preent invention is an innovative content display method for displaying the contents on the screen. This methodology enables the client"s server to break up each document into segments so that critical data clusters are split. Each segment will be assigned a random code (code field) and are then sent to the BPO. The operators process the segments and send them back. Client will be able to piece together the processed segments using the relevant code field. Only the client will know the relation between original document and segments.
