The present invention describes an apparatus for drafting a technical disclosure of a patent application. More particularly, the apparatus comprises an input device such as a keyboard or mouse, an output device such as a display device or printer, and a computer for receiving data from the input devices and for transmitting data to the output devices. The apparatus requests and stores general information including. The drafted technical disclosure comprises of different sections including, a title of the invention; a field of the invention; a prior art reference; an object of the invention; a statement of the invention; a brief description of the drawings; a detailed description of the invention; a claim(s); a drawings and an abstract. The present invention discloses a DOUGHNUT which allows users to draft the desired section of the patent application. The users is provided with liberty to select the section which he or she prefer to begin with and can switch over to drafting of the another section. Further, the apparatus is provided with a system for interacting two or more individuals and get the feedback in the real time environment. The users and the other individual can discuss the drafted documents in a real time and can incorporate changes within the drafted documents.
