: A decentralised, autonomous, modular, r/f enabled network of essential/desirable modules of sensors and devices, each of which is assigned a unique identification code programmed to typically hibernate for conserving power and operate on a low maintenance cycle that are easy and economical to install, maintain/manage to provide customised, foolproof and failsafe solutions for monitoring a given location/environment is described. It has capability for remote verification and management, programmable switching to adjust the working schedules of the modules for increased practicality, flexibility in installation, working and management of the network. It has capability for intelligent programmed diagnostics and verification of events to reduce redundancy and downtime thereby increasing reliability. It has capability to accommodate multiple customised sensors to detect variable threshold events like intrusion, fire, smoke etc., remotely monitoring the guards and multiple means of notification of the event pinpointing the originating module for accurate deduction of the event and to reduce chances of non-response and also, methods for recording of such events for analysis. It has capability for integration with other related systems like Video Surveillance systems, Remote Monitoring Stations etc., and act as a force multiplier.
