The present invention relates to a device useful for measuring the flow rate of cryogenic liquids flowing through a tube. Particularly, the present invention provides a device useful as a flow meter for measurement of flow rate of liquid nitrogen or any other cryogenic liquid through tubes without offering any additional resistance to the flow.
