The present invention refers to a coating for the acoustic and thermal insulation and waterproofing that is applied to almost all surfaces by forming a junction-free monolithic layer, which is a three-layer coating; the layers are formed by a polypropylene glycol and toluene di-isocyanates mixture, a drywall sheet based on hemihydrated calcium and a mixture of diphenyl methane-4 4-di-isocyanate, and amine compounds (polyurea), the invention also comprising a method for manufacturing and using the same.
