The present invention is related to the field for constructing housing and buildings. More particularly, the invention refers to an industrial production-prefabricated wall, which facilitates the construction thereof and which is more resistant to the stress caused by earthquakes and winds. The inventive panel or wall has two advantages over the state-of-the-art walls: it is slim and allows said walls to be used as loading walls having a reduced weight; it is useful for achieving lighter construction structures as they support reduced-weight walls, lighter structures being also achieved upon support higher loads due to the mechanical properties and the resistance thereof to inner stress obtained by the retraction originated within the concrete, which is enough to avoid fissures. Structurally, the panel is characterised in that it comprises an epoxy-polyester-coated steel screen mesh embedded into the concrete.
