The present invention refers to an equipment for recovering and recycling weathered hydrocarbons resulting from oil extracting and refining processes, which is characterised in that it consist in a metallic vessel where the weathered hydrocarbon materials to be treated are poured, said vessel comprising floor supporting elements and a double wall (jacket) located at the bottom portion thereof, as well as walls, also including an inlet where a duct for supplying a hot fluid is connected, the fluid flowing through the space generated by the double wall (jacket) in order to heat the contained material by conduction, as well as an outlet connected to a duct for exiting the hot fluid after it has traveled through the jacket of the vessel; an agitation system is arranged along the bottom portion of the vessel, it is also useful for pushing and removing the sedimented material toward a gate for discharging said material which is located at the lower portion of one of the walls thereof; a sys tem for extracting the separated liquid phase is located at the upper portion of the vessel as well as means for extracting the organic material.
