A process for the obtention of an enzymatic hydrolysate of red crab potentially applied as a food additive or product in diets of culture organisms such as crustaceans and fish, and for feeding poultry and laying hens, as well as other feeder cattle. The process provides a product which due to the attracting ability thereof may be added to pelleted or fresh bites for capturing aquatic organisms using traps or hook as a fishing system. The variation in the enzyme level or the digestion time in the process allows red crab hydrolysates to be obtained having different hydrolysis degrees according to the customer needs. The addition of the aforementioned red crab hydrolysate instead of fish flour results in a success for improving the survival, feed consumption and growth rate thereof, also being better than the krill commercial hydrolysate used in diets for fattening white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei. The present patent of invention refers to the process for obtaining a red crab hydrolysa te, which is potentially applied as an attractant and as a product or additive in diets for fattening organisms.
