A leg support movable relative to frame of seat, supports portion of lower leg of the patient. The leg support and movement control mechanism are arranged relative to seat such that endorotation of the hip joint is performed by moving the lower leg after placing portion of the lower leg in leg support. An independent claim is also included for method for enabling endorotation exercise.
