The tilt part (4a, 4b) of the implement frame is telescopic and comprises a telescopic arm with a fixed arm section pivotally connected to the fixed part (3) of the frame, as well as a movable arm section which is moved by an actuator. Ground working tools (7a, 7b) associated with the tilt part of the frame are secured to the movable arm. The actuator is a cylinder. The implement frame can be hitched to a towing vehicle such as a tractor (2) and comprises a fixed part and at least one tilt part which can be pivoted by an actuator between a working position in which it is oriented horizontally and a transport position in which it is oriented vertically. Ground working tools are also secured to the fixed part of the frame and when the tilt part of the frame is in the transport position the tools on the fixed and tilt parts are positioned next to each other.
