The indicator has an upright tube(1) made from a transparent material such as glass or plastic, and comprising a cap (2) and a pair of balls (3), where the tube is filled with a liquid medium (4) such as glycol. The liquid medium and one of the balls are provided on the bottom of the upright tube that is placed in a freezer. A magnet is provided against the cap, and a hollow cup is provided on the bottom of the indicator. The tube is completely filled with the medium by removing the ball from the tube.
