The body has a carrier applying a column partially below a ground level deck, and walls attached together by a hollow upright column, where the hollow upright column has a cover with wall panels. The wall panels have a thickness in a range of 2 to10 centimeters, where the wall panels include steenstrips. A set of connection elements i.e. uprights (15), emerges from a carrier body, where the connection elements extend vertically upwards. An independent claim is also included for a method for inserting a column for a fence or port.
