The engaging unit has a fixing seat (10) embedded on a side plate (40) of television (TV) cabinet, and a hollow engaging structure (20) embedded on a top plate (50) of TV cabinet. A protruding shaft (22) embedded in an engaging hole (12) of fixing seat, has a elastic positioning portion (25) of outer radius larger than an inner radius of engaging hole. A fixing rod (30) is extended into engaging structure so that the engaging structure is engaged with a groove of fixing seat by abutting against a wall of a central passage (23) of positioning portion.
