Where the strain is Bacillus sp. vchb - 10 is the Access Number NRRL B - 30881, or a Mutant or a recombinant Derivative of this, capable of removing metal ions (uptake of heavy metals by biosorption by Biomass, Dead or Alive by purely Physicochemical mechanisms).An Inoculant for Removal based on ECA, and comprises: a) prepare the Vegetative cells of Bacillus sp.Vchb - 10 and the Preparation is presented as a Concentrated suspension or immobilized by brackets based on polysaccharide (Alginate, chitosan or Agar) or adsorbed on an Inert material (Soil, Peat or Sand) or Encapsulated in the form of pellets with a Polymer comprising an outer capsule (coagulated or alginate)Containing one or more excipients to stabilize the inoculum (inhibitors or stabilizers, osmoprotectantes); or (b) SPOREs of Bacillus sp. vchb - 10 and the preparation comes as a suspension Liquid Concentrated or Dehydrated by Drying with heat or vacuum freeze-drying or suspension Concentrated on frozen or immobilized or adsorbed or Encapsulated containing these excipients.The process includes: (i) to grow the bacteria in a Biofilm or Aggregates of Vegetative cells in a bioreactor; (ii) aggregates settle and remove the Culture Medium in the bioreactor; (iii) contact with water containing metal ions or biofilm Aggregates in the biorreacto R for Removal by biosorption; and IV) to elute with acid ions captured
