Comprising: (a) Calcined anatase Concentrate between 400 and 600u00b0C for 15 to 60 minutes, where the hydrated Iron oxides are converted into Hematite after removing Water; (b) reduce the Calcined Product between 400 and 600u00b0C for 5 to 30 min, using H2, natural gas or any Solid Reducer with Coal (Coal, Metallurgical Coke, Petroleum Coke,Graphite) Transforming the Hematite Magnetite Magnetic Separation; (c) wet or Dry product with a reduced Magnetic Field between 600 and 800 gauss, Eliminating the Magnetic fraction generated in (b); (d) the product wet or Dry Magnetic Separation magnetic field with a low density Magnetic between 10 000 and 15 000 gauss, extracting Secondary silicates, Phosphates, Monazite,Calcitita, circolinita and Minerals with u and th e) Leach product; High Magnetic Intensity in Stirred Tanks or columns with fluidized bed with a solution of 20 - 25% w / W HCl, between 90 and 107u00b0C and during 2 to 4 h, extracting impurities rich in fe, al, mg, ba, Phosphates, CA, Sr, Land RAR As,U and TH; (f) to filter the product leachate; (g) Drying the filtrate; (H) to oxidize the product Drying between 900 and 1200u00b0C; Cooling water or Compressed Air oxidized leaching; (j) the product with Thermal shock with a solution of 25% w / w or W / 55% HCL W of H2SO4, 135 C; (k) Filter the product; and drying the filtrate, L)Recovering the non-magnetic fraction as Synthetic rutile (Final Product)
