It refers to the process of forming a wetland in a hole by the following steps: (a) putting a basement into the pit bottom; (b) allowing or causing water to flow into the pit; (c) growing wetland in the basement in multiple growth cycles and drop cycles in the growth season. E inactive; and (d) control the water level in the pit so that the surface layer of laminated water can maintain the wetland at any time;In this case, repeated growth cycle makes the basement surface grow in the hole, and abundant carbon biomass accumulates in the hole under the basement surface.
