This invenu00c7u00c3o relates to a process for the detection and identification of yeasts from clinical interest in the use of a technical amplificau00c7u00c3o isotu00c9rmica DNA using primers specific for oligonucleu00d3tidos not amplify a region of DNA rib Ossu00d3mico (e.g. the rDNA 265), followed by reverse hibridau00c7u00c3o products marked (e.g.With digoxigenina) with a panel of oligonucleu00d3tidos probes (e.g., immobilized on a support such as a nylon membrane solid) specific to each species.
