The invention relates to a permanent shuttering made of expanded polystyrene with connecting members, having two side panels (1) each provided with some recesses for embedding therein some attaching ledges (7) provided with connecting terminal parts (8) to which some connecting plastic elements (11) are secured, where, the two connecting elements (11) are assembled in an abutting arrangement by means of an H-shaped connecting part (14), having the two lateral plates (14') joined by a central rod provided with a prominence (15) having the shape of an arrow head with the cut appex and some flexible side wings (15'), by inserting the side plates (14') into the grooves (a) of the end parts (12) of the connecting elements (11) and securing the wings (15') to the end parts (12), thereby the connecting part (14) being secured to the connecting elements (11) and there are obtained shutterings for walls having the thickness equal to a multiple length of a connecting member. According to the invention, the process consists in attaching, to the building foundation, some flat expanded polystyrene walls wherein there are embedded some ledgers for attaching some connecting members as well as a series of elements for securing and supporting, followed by mounting the connecting members, securing the vertical and horizontal reinforcements, mutually securing the same with wire to form a consolidated reinforcement, attaching the inner expanded polystyrene walls to the connecting members, supporting said walls by means of some poles and finally casting the concrete between the two thus secured expanded polystyrene walls.
