GROOVING PROCESS ON POLYSTYRENE EXPANDED AND EXTR UDED BOARDS AIMED AT GETTING MANY GROOVES WHICH, TAKING OUT THAT SOLID MASS, MAKE IMPOSSIBLE WITHOUT ANY DAMAGE TO POLYSTYROL MATERIAL
Grooving process on polystyrene expanded and extruded boards aimed at getting many grooves which, taking out that solid mass, make impossible without any damage to polystyrol material. Thermoinsulating polystyrene boards are grooved on larger surfaces on one side or on both sides in either in a straight, curved or dotted form. The grooves are made by profiled heaters or in some other way (i.e. their shape) enable that the poured mass of the mortar or some other solidified matter on the surface of the plate which upon solidification adheres to the plate meaning that the grooves are of such a form that the solidified material therein is captured and cannot be disunited without making any damage to the plate. The procedure for carrying out the duty enables that bindings between the surface of the polystyrene board and the layer of the coated material i.e. it can be used for adhesion with a new procedure i.e. third material.
