PROCEDURE OF MANUFACTURE OF FILLING ELEMENT FOR REHABILITATION OF DEGRADED LAND AREAS BY USING RESIDUES OF TREATED NON-HAZARDOUS MUNICIPAL WASTES

The procedure according to the invention is solving the problem of application of treated mixed non-hazardous municipal wastes, which are integrated into a filling element in the form of pressed and mesh-enveloped bales. The procedure of manufacture of the filling element thus solves the problem of landfilling for this kind of municipal wastes as well as the problem of rehabilitation of degraded ground surfaces by rendering them a certain application value. The integration of the filling element into a degraded ground surface is carried out by casting a self-flowing filler on the ground surface of a prepared stabilized bottom, where bales with the remaining mixed non-hazardous municipal wastes are placed one beside another in a horizontal raster. Void spaces between the set bales are poured with the self-flowing filler, then voids within the bales themselves are cast with the filling emulsion under pressure, and finally, all together is cast with the self-flowing filler. Thus, the process of integration of the filling element is carried out in levels first, and then the overlay filling is spread on the top.
