A method for utilization of low-potential heat at which low-boiling working medium with intermediate pressure after first stage of compressor is partially condensed and with liquid low-boiling working medium with intermediate pressure obtained in intermediate vessel one cools vapor of low-boiling working medium at section at second stage of compressor with overcooling in coil liquid low-boiling working medium before throttling.
